1.        Draft report – Stage 1

The draft report was discussed.  Some minor changes were made.  Dr Driscoll will make amendments and share with the Committee out of session in order to finalise the draft for the all-staff meeting.

2.        All staff meeting

It was agreed that an all staff meeting would be convened on Wednesday, 28 March 2007 at 9.00am in the JOF Theatre [NOTE: after the meeting this was changed to 29 March in order to avoid conflicts with other staff activities planned for 28 March].  The draft report and findings will be presented to staff, with hardcopies of the report being made available to staff following the meeting.

3.        Registry Approval

To date permission has been received from half of the ethics committees. The consent form will not be distributed to staff until permission has been received from all ethics committees
