To book a visit to the National Gallery of Australia please complete this form and fax it to 02 6240 6560. A confirmation of booking form will be returned to you. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for a serviced booking. Mobile number is required for on-site and in transit emergency contact.

The information you are asked to provide to the Gallery is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. The Gallery collects your personal information to maintain/manage your application for a Group Booking. The Gallery will not disclose this information to other parties other than in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Discovery tours: Tours which are interactive & provide an introduction to the collection as well as develop skills in analysing & appreciating art. 60 minute tour.
Focus Tours : Tours tailored to a curriculum area as requested by the teacher when booking. 60 minute. Please indicate the topic/s to be discussed below:
