Sculpture Garden
Sunday 2016

Canberra’s best loved family day in the magical Sculpture Garden at the NGA

Sculpture Garden Sunday transforms the garden into a wonderland of creative workshops, performance and installations inspired by the Tom Roberts exhibition and the beautiful outdoor setting.

What better place to celebrate our Australian landscape than the Sculpture Garden, which is full of native trees, birds and animals.

Be sure to catch the live music concert on the main stage featuring local Mr Tim and the Fuzzy Elbows. Their original rock-out songs will entertain kids and adults alike, and make everyone dance and sing along.

Performance art will surprise and delight so keep your eyes peeled for the unexpected!

Bring a picnic to share under the trees. Coffee, sausage sizzle and other refreshments will be available for purchase.

All activities are free with materials provided.

Sunday 28 February 10.30am – 1.30pm | Free event
