Case Study : Moët Hennessy and the Sculpture Bar in Association with Veuve Clicquot
Moët Hennessy and the National Gallery of Australia worked collaboratively to develop the Sculpture Bar in Association with Veuve Clicquot.
Set in the beautiful surrounds of the National Gallery’s Sculpture Garden, the Sculpture Bar presented a unique opportunity for Moët Hennessy to showcase their premium wines and champagne.
The Sculpture Bar in Association with Veuve Clicquot is usually open every Friday night during major summer exhibitions, such as the recent exhibitions Ballets Russes: the art of costume and Renaissance: 15th and 16th century Italian art from the Accademia Carrara Bergamo. This is the busiest period in the National Gallery’s calendar and the Sculpture Bar attracts a strong local crowd and interstate visitors who are in town for the exhibition.
The brand alignment between the National Gallery of Australia and Moët Hennessy is an ideal fit and their association with the Sculpture Bar has helped enhance their presence and sales in the ACT and regional NSW markets. Moët Hennessy wines and champagne are also served at many exhibition openings and high profile events at the Gallery, thereby reinforcing the prestige of Moët Hennessy’s brand. As the Gallery’s Beverage Partner Moët Hennessy is also able to offer its clients and customers special exhibition viewings and unique settings in which to experience their products.
