Art fun every day at the Palace of Versailles
NGA Play is the best art fun for kids, families and the young at heart. During the Versailles: Treasures from the Palace exhibition become immersed in amazing palace experiences for all ages.
With a program of scheduled activity and free play during the exhibition, NGA Play explores garden creations, fountain fun, a life-size ‘Hall of Mirrors’ and interactive digital design. Step into the shoes of kings and queens like Louis XIV and Marie-Antoinette or experience life as a gilder, gardener, weaver or jeweller of the French Court.

Tales from the Palace
Join our storyteller in NGA Play for tales of wonder and adventure inspired by the works of art in the Versailles exhibition and the fables of Jean de La Fontaine. Live the life of the palace and catch up on all the court intrigue, listen to mesmerising stories and get to know the who’s who of the Versailles court.
10.30-11.30am every Wednesday in January and again for the first three Wednesdays in April. Free, no bookings required

Entry to the Versailles: Treasures from the Palace exhibition
Kids under 16 are free to enjoy the wonder of the Versailles exhibition when accompanied with a ticket-holding adult. Children's audio guides are available for hire or download the Versailles Tour app from Apple or Google Play app stores.
Tickets to the Versailles exhibition can be purchased via Ticketek or at the NGA front desk.
