Conference registration will take place at the National Gallery of Australia on Friday 17 March 2017.

All sessions will be held in the James O Fairfax theatre, National Gallery of Australia. Morning tea and lunch will be provided in Gandel Hall.

Cancellation policy
All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing via e-mail. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt in return. Notification should be sent to:

Bookings for the Enchanted isles, fatal shores: Living Versailles will close at 5pm on Thursday 9 March 2017 – unless booked out earlier.

An administration charge of $50 will be made to any participant cancelling after Thursday 9 March 2017. After 9 March any cancellations received will be required to pay full registration fees.

NOTE: this includes cancellations of registrations and conference dinner. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.


If I am unable to attend – Will you refund my fees? What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the Conference, and are unable to transfer your registration to another person, you may request a refund of your Conference registration fee. You need to send us a written request via email. The amount you are refunded will depend upon the date we receive your request. If you register for the Conference and do attend without contacting the NGA, then we are unable to issue a refund.

Do I receive a tax invoice?
Yes, once full payment is made, you will receive a tax invoice via email.

Can I suspend payment during registration?
Yes, though your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
