A New Food and Beverage Experience at the National Gallery
Imagine a dining experience inspired by the stories and colours from extraordinary works of art.
Home to the most valuable collection of art in Australia, including the largest collection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art in the world, the National Gallery is one of Kamberri/Canberra’s iconic cultural destinations attracting close to a million visitors a year.
Now the National Gallery is looking to reimagine our food and beverage offering as part of an exciting new retail space. We are seeking a passionate and ambitious collaborator with bold ideas to join us on this creative journey, and connect our visitors to the shared joy of good food and great hospitality.
With the National Gallery as your canvas, and the much-loved art of the national collection as your inspiration, this is a rare opportunity for you and your partners to imagine and curate the perfect pairing of food and art for the hundreds of thousands of art lovers and tourists who step into our retail and event spaces.
In seeking the right partner, the National Gallery is undertaking a two-stage procurement process, commencing with an expression of interest. For more information on the Request For Expression Of Interest, please visit the link below:
