Hi, my name's Hetty Perkins, and I'm an Arrernte and Kalkadoon person from Central Australia. Together with the team at the National Gallery, Kelli Cole, Peter Johnson and Aidan Hartshorn, we had the privilege of presenting Ceremony, the fourth National Indigenous Art Triennial. We're delighted that this exhibition will be touring right across the country to many of the home communities of the artists who are represented.
Ceremony on its national tour is version of the exhibition that was opened here in Ngambri and Ngunnawal Country. Some of the site-specific works won't be going on the tour, but they are represented in the exhibition in other ways.
