A chance to meet yourself.
Make any adjustments you need to make yourself feel more comfortable.
Wherever you feel a little bit tight, just relax into it.
Wherever your body is touching a surface, just allow your body to sink into that surface, and relax.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
In through the nose, and out through the mouth.
Don't fight the thoughts that will inevitably come into your mind. Just let them go, and come back to your breath.
And with each breath, allow your body to expand and contract, to the rhythm of the music.
Go more deeply into listening to these sounds.
Allow the sounds to pass straight through you.
Keep your eyes closed for a few more breaths, to absorb and savour what you've just experienced.
And simply be curious about that experience.
And take that curiosity with you into your everyday life.
