This is an Art Steps workshop designed for children who identify as neurodivergent.
In this Art Steps, Nicole Barakat celebrates the stories told by women through quilt making featured in the exhibition A Century of Quilts.
The program occurs during opening hours, and participation is supported with a Social Story, and modification of noise and light levels where possible. The Social Story will be sent via email 24 hours before the workshop.
A quiet space for individual activities is included. Noise cancelling headphones are available.
All children must be accompanied by a parent/carer.
A Century of Quilts is on display at the National Gallery, 16 Mar – 25 Aug 2024.
