Victory Over the Sun Workshop with Justene Williams
For young people who identify as neurodivergent

Ages 17-25
Transport the past into the future with artist Justene Williams.
Inspired by the set of Williams' reimagining of the 1913 opera Victory Over the Sun participants will make wearable art objects and/or props.
Movement and collaboration will provide possibilities for activation and performance.
This workshop is designed for young people aged 17 – 25 who identify as neurodivergent, including those with autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or Tourette Syndrome.
Participants will be supported to engage by trained educators and the artist. A Social Story will be sent in advance.
The workshop will take place in the Sculpture Garden Pavilion. Participants will meet outside the National Gallery's main entrance at 1.30pm.
