The Tjanpi Desert Weavers are a social enterprise of the Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (NPY) Women’s Council, working with women in the remote Central and Western deserts who earn an income from contemporary fibre art.

They use native grasses to create contemporary fibre art. The artists represent 26 remote communities located on NPY lands in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia.
