Ilana Atlas AO

Key information

Ilana Atlas is a non-executive director of ANZ Banking Group Limited, Origin Energy Limited and Scentre Group Limited. She is Chair of Jawun, on the Board of the Paul Ramsay Foundation and a Council member of the National Gallery of Australia. She is also a Panel Member of Adara Partners and a director of Adara Development. Her previous non-executive director roles include Chairman of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited.

Prior to being a non-executive director, Ms Atlas had a 10 year career at Westpac. Her roles included Group Executive, People, with responsibility for human resources, corporate affairs and sustainability as well as Group Secretary and General Counsel. Ms Atlas was also a partner in law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now known as King & Wood Mallesons). In addition to her practice in corporate law, she held a number of management roles in the firm including Executive Partner, People and Information, and Managing Partner.
