The National Gallery is custodian of the world’s largest and most outstanding collection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, comprising over 7,500 works, and presents the nation’s largest dedicated exhibition space for First Nations art and creativity.
Join Bruce Johnson McLean (Wierdi, Birri-Gubba peoples), Barbara Jean Humphrey’s Assistant Director, First Nations, and Curators of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Tina Baum (Larrakia/Wardaman/Karajarri peoples) and Kelli Cole (Warumunga /Luritja peoples), for an introduction to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art collection and to hear about the work of First Nations artists.
